Passionate about Recruitment
After 25 years in the recruitment agency sector, I am acutely aware of the lack of new talent in our industry, partly due to high turnover and partly to poor training and induction. I decided to try to solve this problem across our industry for good. To find out more about the unique Australian first program that I have developed please reach out. I also conduct in-house training and business consulting at GM level for recruitment businesses. I have worked for Candle, Horner Recruitment, Safety People, Hoban and consulted to many businesses including government departments. Still hands on recruiting today, my knowledge is modern and current to this market and surviving post Covid.
